The capacity listed for tumblers is for identification only. With rock tumblers, you always want to go by barrel fill level. You want to keep it around 2/3 to 3/4 full at all times. This means on your 3rd and final step you will have to add filler like...

With the proper filler, you could polish a rock the size of an apple. The load weight is going to vary. It is better to go by volume. e.g. barrel 3/4 full.
The drum for the low speed model would be around 20 RPMs
There isn't a place to oil them, we do sell the replacements.
This tumbler is not variable in rpm. So it just spins at 1250 rpm
There is just a vacuum created with the liner, if you can shoot some compressed air between it should come out.
