This is kind of a loaded answer. The equivalent grit or mesh size is: ~28,000. However, this will have a much different result than the equivalent diamond mesh size. Just based on the material hardness. Tin oxide is not as hard as diamond and will break...
Zam buffing compound could be used as well. But if you wanted to go further tin oxide or cerium oxide would be enough.
