Purchased to resurface my resin wheel.

I used this and some Epoxy 220 to resurface a wheel for my Genie. I previously resurfaced one with diamond I bought on Ebay and didn't have near as good of results as I have with using KN powder.

Depends on the application. But for a lapidary wheel, yes you will need to glue them on. We don't have experience with this.

If you select the 50,000 mesh from the drop-down it will be.

Your goal is to have a thick enough slurry that when you turn on your lap and doesn't spin off the edges. Oil is better than water.

Yes, you should be using an extender fluid. Here are two SKUs that may work for you: 1-0418 & 3-1217. The first is oil type extender fluid and the second is water based.
