A great step up from the 3lb tumblers

Very happy so far with the purchase. I enjoy my 3lb tumblers but wanted to do a few larger sized rocks (2-3 inch) and this is the perfect tumbler for that. It runs nice and I would compare the sound to like your washer running. Kingsley North has quality product and excellent service not to mention fast shipping.

If you have your barrel 2/3 to 3/4 full you can add larger rocks. For a beginner polishing, larger stones may be challenging. Once you have a good understanding of tumbling, you could tumble a rock the size of kiwi. Possibly a bigger rock but it is going...
If you have filler so the larger piece(s) tumble properly, you could tumble around rocks 3 inches in size.
