When used with diamond slurry or compound, this versatile facet polishing lap will produce a fast polish on quartz, corundum, beryl, peridot, tourmaline, topaz, feldspar, and many other materials. The pelletized epoxy matrix resists grooving and gouging. Last Laps require pre-charging and are supplied with a 1 carat vial of 50,000 mesh diamond slurry which is to be worked into the face of the lap. A 1/2" arbor is standard.
