80 grit would just be a straight 80 mesh grit whereas 60/90 would be mesh sizes between 60 and 90. Both are used frequently for coarse grinding. Ungraded means that it's not all one grit size, it ranges between the two numbers listed.

They perform similarly to one another. Cerium is more dense and powdery. The micron sizes are also similar. Currently, cerium is more expensive because of the country of origin.
Around 14,000 grit based on the micron size ranges. AO is 9 on the mohs scale. It is less sharp than SiC.
