What’s the return policy?

Returns All items on this order should be free of defects in material and workmanship. If upon examination, the product is found to be defective, it should be returned with a brief explanation of the defect, and it will be replaced or credited. If you receive the item and you either changed your mind or it is not what you had expected, the item can be returned if it is unused. Before returning please call and inform us of the return. Merchandise cannot be returned for credit unless it is plainly defective obviously not as ordered, or unused. When returning, enclose the invoice and reason for return. A 10% restocking charge will apply on merchandise returned after 30 days from the date of invoice. No returns on Videos or Books. NO RETURNS AFTER 90 DAYS. Original and return shipping is not refundable.
