What's the best way to stick these onto an existing polish head? Last time I tried it, it was really hard to peel off the old one and it damaged the foam disc underneath.
Use a heat gun or hair dryer on the low setting and heat up the adhesive of the disc. Use a thin object to peel just the polishing disc up.
