I am trying to polish stone, from agate, fluorite to Tiffany Stone and turquoise. I am using a cloth wheel. Will red rouge work, zam or what buffing compound works?

Zam would work on Turquoise. Red rouge is primarily for metal. Also for agate, we'd recommend Cerium Oxide (search for SKU 0-0017). You could try using either Cerium Oxide or Zam on Tiffany Stone.
