Hi, do you have any manuals, how to use it? I tried to warm it up (both - the dop and the wax stick) over alcohol burner lamp and wax after cooling just keep falling from dop. What’s wrong?

The stone should be warm as well. Also, it will help if the stone isn't highly polished where you are attaching it.
