Does this sanding disc have a flexible surface?

It's just a lap so the whole disc is pretty flexible. The flexibility will mostly come from whatever backing you place it on though. If you're putting this on a standard plastic or aluminum backing you may want a thick sponge backing between the lap and the disc. Otherwise you could use the Flexodiscs as well.
