Kingsley North - Cut to Cab 6" - CTC6

The Kingsley North Cut To Cab 6" (CTC6) is a true all-in-one solution for cutting and cabbing. This compact unit combines a smooth-running trim saw with a complete cabbing setup, giving you everything you need to shape and finish cabochons.

Both the saw and cabbing sides are built on an all-stainless-steel chassis. The 6" trim saw includes a removable clear hood with hand cutouts for accessible operation, and the manual sliding vise offers precise control for small slabs and crossfeed cuts.

On the cabbing side, you’ll find a 180-grit diamond wheel, an expandable drum, and a selection of silicon carbide belts, plus a 5.5" pre-charged cerium disc for final polish. Each wheel and disc has its own adjustable water valve for consistent coolant flow.

The saw reservoir features a slanted-bottom design and a large 1" drain, making it easy to clear out rock-particle slurry and clean the unit after use.
