These wheels don't always require dressing. If you feel that it does, use an aluminum oxide dressing stick in a similar grit range.
Yes, it will work, the spacing might be different from a galaxy wheel
No, this has to be used with water you should never use these dry.
Yes, it is flat in the center and sides
Yes, most likely it will. Keep in mind the spacing might be different. The wheel accommodates multiple arbor sizes so that wont be an issue.
