With our KNC6 Cabbing machines, these Cerium Oxide discs allow you to easily create a beautiful mirror polish on your stones or glass with ease. These discs come pre-charged with cerium oxide, eliminating the need to charge them. These pads are used in conjugation with water and are highly effective for polishing cabochons.

Do I ever need to “recharge” the disc with additional cerium oxide paste?

No, it should be replaced once the cerium is gone.

Do you have these with the threads because I’m trying to replace mine, or is this it? Because I didn’t know that the pad was a stick on

This is the polishing disc we put onto the KNC6 machine. This does have peal and stick adhesive.

What's the best way to stick these onto an existing polish head? Last time I tried it, it was really hard to peel off the old one and it damaged the foam disc underneath.

Use a heat gun or hair dryer on the low setting and heat up the adhesive of the disc. Use a thin object to peel just the polishing disc up.
