Real nice extra large, 4" diameter, round shapes. A popular cutting material from Mexico. From Las Choias, Mexico. This size is great for bookends. Nodules are sold by the pound and not by the individual piece.

I right there with you Ken. I purchased 3 of the geodes and only one was worth the bunch. You can test the weight in your hands to feel the difference between a solid rock and a rock that has a cavity. Anyways, maybe you can ask them to give you the lighter rocks? Will not purchase again.

Beautiful Solid Coconut!

I bought a couple lbs to check them out, and was extremely pleased after cutting through them! One was grapefruit sized and the other was the size of a mandarin. Both had beautiful blue and white agate/chalcedony inside with wonderful patterns, and a greenish mossy border. Very pleased!

And note that they are SOLID and not geodes.

I would buy again.

I asked specifically to be shipped unusually shaped geodes in the hopes of finding one with multiple cavities. Unfortunately out of the 4 giant geodes, all 4 were solidly filled, no cavities. KingsleyNorth has no way of knowing what is inside a rock, so it’s not their fault. Just disappointing that they all were duds.

Super good deal! 1st order, I ordered 1lb and received 2 mandarin orange sized
2nd order I ordered 2lbs and received a huge geode bigger than a grapefruit with 2 geodes protruding from the sides like growths.
The material is very hard and I was only able to cut the smaller mandarin, which was hollow with a wall of very sparkley, sky blue points. The larger mandarin seems to be mostly solid as I haven’t been able to finish cutting through it yet. I have no idea how I’m going to open the big one.
