Decent blades

I have been quite happy with these blades considering the reasonable price point. I try and grab a few every time I order. That said, some of them seem to not be true & flat. Only a couple but "caveat emptor" . I REALLY REALLY REALLY wish kingsley would either re-order these or the other cheap notched blades they used to sell!

I recently refurbished a Frantom 10"oil lapidary saw I acquired from my father in law. Its my first lapidary saw.. I bought the 10" sintered continuous diamond blade, been using it for the last 6 to 8 months cutting like a dream! One down side the blade I got is a bit on the thicker side! It has cut thru everything I've thrown at it from Jasper, Thunder Eggs, Solid agates and a bunch of quartz.

Have bought more than 10 of these blades trying to get a thinner cut than using a thicker segmented and far more expensive blade and some seem to cut well and can get through a fair number of medium sized agates before performance drops and others are lucky to get through 2 stones.

Leaves saw marks

I bought this hoping it would leave a better finish than my thick, heavy duty notched blade. Unfortunately, it leaves much worse saw marks. Carriage is tight and blade is aligned perfectly.

That varies by blade. The description drop down menu shows the size for each blade. The measurement reads as follows: "Diameter x Thickness x Arbor size"
Ideally oil, water would work. However, if you leave the blade sitting in water for extended periods of time it will rust and ruin the blade.
For this blade, the core and the kerf are the same thickness. We will list the core thickness for other diamond blades if it is thinner.
These have only been tested at 1725 rpm and lower.
