The pump will stay on. But no water should come out of the valve on the machine. It is important to not over-tighten the valves. You can damage the needle which will cause them to leak. You could put the pump on a surge protector and use the on-off switch...
If your tubing is blue in color then all you would need to a straight barb fitting (we could include one if you make a note at checkout). If your tubing is clear then we would need a reducing bushing.
Yes, we sell this part. It only comes as the silver fitting.
Enough to cover the bottom intake vents, at the bare minimum. But as a best practice, keep it full past the vents.
No it will not work in oil. This pump will only work in water.
With a water-soluble coolant, yes. With a straight oil, no.
Yes, this will work with the KNC8 out of the box, nothing extra will be required to attach the tubing.
The slant cabber has internal tubing from the integrated reservoir. It might work how do you plan to connect it.
