My wax isn’t melting in my brand new DOP pot. Is my wax too old or contaminated? Is there a way to make it thinner again ?

There is imported wax that we do not recommend (we don't sell this wax). When "melted" it has the consistency of chewing gum. Most likely your Dop Pot is fine. Our recommendation are to use the green wax we sell.
