is it normal to have water dripping from behind the panel on the left side? Also on the left side looking at the machine I have alot of water spray from the first wheel that pools on the table it is sitting on. I understand some spray but this is alot. Even with the water turned down.

A little might come out between the panel. Your nozzle for that wheel might be turned and not centered on the wheel. Do you notice the wheel isn't being coated with water like the other ones? Look on page 19 item #3.
