I'd like to work on a range of rocks/minerals, therefore I'd be grateful to know what kinds of materials would *not* be a good choice for this product. Also, how much does the longevity of the disks depend on the materials used? Thanks.
Since these are diamond discs they will handle most rocks and minerals you will use with it. With that being said in general softer rocks might be challenges. The disc life depends on the force applied and the hardness of the stone.
