Does this light leek as much visible light as other if flashlights like the uvbeast v3 365nm flashlight or does it leak a LOT less visible light so that when I turn it on I won't see anything even though it is emitting ultraviolet light that I can not see?

You will see visible light, but much less than if there was no filter. We have not tested other flashlights. If the other model you are comparing has a proper zwb2 or hoya filter than it will be similar or the same.
