I would recommend using the discs with an acrylic backing rather than the aluminum. Those would be listed under 30455_CFG for 6" or 30464_CFG for 8".
No, these are for removing material. Take a look at our Lightning Laps (search this on our site).
This has a 1/2" arbor hole.

These are a too heavy for the Ameritool grinders. Stick with a plastic backing disc and top plates.
Yes, it will remove the scratches from an 80 grit.

These should not be used on that machine. Your best option would be a plastic/acrylic backing disc and top plate. It's lighter and easier on the motor.
