Nice designs but poor performance when faceted

Recently purchased, I use Gem Cut Studio to check the performance of the design prior to cutting it. Upon entering various designs from this book, the gemstone would have excess head-shadow and windowing when cut using the angles provided. You will have to do extensive alterations to the angles listed to get a well performing gemstone. Also his cutting directions are often confusing and seem to be out of order.
