perfect for my needs

I don't counter enamel my copper, so having a little barrier between my pieces and the element of the kiln has been life changing! Even when carefully transferring a piece to the kiln, a teeny bit of enamel will spill off the edges, and become melted onto the kiln element. NOT a good thing at all! These mica discs are wonderful.
