Can this 8" Sponge Rubber disc be used with a Crystalpad on my CabKing V8 cabbing machine? If it can be used - how do you attach it to the machine?

Does this have adhesive to attach to arbor polish heads?

Only if you order one that specifies that it has PSA backing. If the listing does not specify PSA it will NOT come with an adhesive backing.

does this replace the need for a backer plate? So the smoothing disk attaches to the sponge rubber disc that serves as an end plate.

No, you will still need a backing plate behind the rubber disc. Then the diamond disc goes on top of the rubber.

How to mount onto small motor

This is just a rubber disc, you will need some sort of adapter. like SKU: 12240_CFG
