Shipping policy

Express orders received afternoon and before 2:00 pm must be phoned in for same-day service. We ship via UPS and FedEx for Home Delivery (Standard Ground Service), Next Day, Second Day or Three Day, Commercial, and USPS Priority Mail. Ask for additional shipping methods. To prevent fraud, we will review all orders and require a signature for shipments at our discretion. Liquid or Hazardous contents: We will change shipping methods at our discretion if the content(s) contain hazardous materials or liquids. Certain shipping methods are sensitive to hazardous and liquid contents. By changing shipping methods we are saving you time (significant delays can occur if we don't change shipping methods).(We prioritize express shipments in our order queue).

2-day shipping only counts business days. The day the package ships out is not counted as a day. As of this writing, 2024, 2-day shipping is not backed by a FedEx moneyback guarantee. Meaning if it isn't delivered on time you cannot file a guarantee request. For example if you place a 2-day express order on a Thursday, it will not get delivered until Monday. This is because Saturday delivery is extra, and the day the order ships is not counted (this is not an option on the website, call if you need it). If you are ordering on a Thursday and you need the product(s) before the weekend, we highly recommend overnight shipping.

Overnight shipping is only valid for business days. If you order an overnight on a Friday, the package will be delivered on Monday. Saturday is not a business day with FedEx. If you do need to have it delivered on a Saturday, call us (906)563-9228 for a rate quote. It isn't available in all areas.
