It is perfect for re-working quartz crystals, and making cabochons. The 1/4HP, variable speed DC motor runs from 800rpm to 3400rpm, making it portable and quiet for use anywhere. Constructed with lightweight, rust-free ABS plastic, it features a one-quart coolant reservoir to prevent heat build-up and an auto-feed water supply with a black splash guard.  The accessory kit allows immediate use and includes everything needed for finishing various gem materials.
