A high concentration of diamond particles in a resin bonded diamond belt mounted over a layer of sponge foam 1/4in. thick on a hard plastic hub. The wheels will perform very aggressively, but with a slight drape to eliminate scratching and flat spots. The Flexwheels are available in a full range of diamond sizes. All wheels have a 1in. bore and are supplied with bushings and can be used with 3/4in., 5/8in. , or 1/2in. arbor shafts. Maximum RPM is 1725. Must be used with water. Available in two sizes 6" x 1 1/2in. or a full 8in. x 2in. Note: Diamond Flex wheels are not intended to replace the metal bonded grinding wheels, like 80 or 100 grit coarse wheels. The Flexwheels are resin bonded to a cloth backing, use light pressure with plenty of water.
