Description Diamond Resin Wheels 6 Inch
A resin-bonded diamond belt that is mounted on a 3/8" of soft sponge rubber on a hard plastic hub wheel. A diamond sanding and polishing wheel that will fit most all brands of equipment made. All wheels have a 1" bore and are supplied with a reducing bushing for all size shafts, 3/4", 5/8" or 1/2". Shipping weight 6" wheels 1 lb., 8" wheels 2 lbs. Compatible with brands like CabKing & Kingsley North.

Will this work on a bench grinder

are they compatible with the cabking 6?
Does the reducer step down to 1/2"?
I need a 280 grit but when I open to choose it keeps going to 50,000 , do you have a resin 280 6in by 1 1/2 w wheel if so how do I order it?

Will this work on a 1 inch keyed arbor? Trying to build my own machine
Keyed, no. Wheels today require a means to hold the wheel to the shaft using a Nut and positive stop. Or shaft collars at a minimum. There are no Keyholes in these wheels or any wheels that we sell.

**all the wheels I ordered came with adapters than were too narrow and required a second set to match the length of the arbor hole. If you are only buying 1 wheel and need an adapter, make sure you order another set of adapters or a set that is wide enough for the wheels. Since I ordered multiple wheels, I just doubled up with the adapters from another wheel. I did not mention it to the company as it didn’t effect how they worked since I had extras. ****
I ordered several wheels. I had an issue with the 3000 not working, and depositing red resin onto the stones. I sent KN an email, they called me and told me that the factory has started adding an extra layer of resin, but that it should not rub off onto rough stones. They sent me a replacement right away, and didn’t even want the defective one back, so I didn’t need to pay any return postage.
The 1200 I ordered works fantastic and does a great job of removing any leftover edges, leaving a smooth domed/curved surface and matte finish.
The 3000 is meant to create a shine. I receive the replacement tomorrow.
The 8000, since I didn’t have a working 3000, I went directly from 1200 to 8000 and it still produced a very high shine, with a glass smooth finish.
If you have a issue with your order, make sure you contact the company as they have AMAZING customer service.

If you're just getting started or you're not sure if you're going to keep up with lapidary, then these are okay. Even so an actual nova wheel well used works better than these.
