The Model B by Thumler's Tumbler is one of our best-selling rotary rock tumblers. One of the reasons for this is the barrel design and capacity. The outer barrel is powder-coated metal, making this a sturdy choice for a 15lb rock capacity. The inner barrel consists of a drop-in heavy-duty rubber liner and rubber lid gasket. This makes for a quiet tumble and longer-lasting parts.

I am confused by the contradictory comment on your site which states "FREE SHIPPING IN CONTINENTAL 48 STATES - GROUND ONLY (Excludes Alaska & Hawaii)."
